• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require advance payment for future bookings.

4. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are as follows:

• All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and approved EMI plans
• Insurance claims assistance is provided; however, patients are responsible for understanding their coverage

Treatment plans and cost estimates are provided in writing before procedures begin. Any changes to the planned treatment will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful medical and dental history
• Following post-treatment care instructions provided by our team
• Attending scheduled follow-up appointments as recommended
• Reporting any complications or concerns promptly
• Maintaining good oral hygiene and preventive care between visits
