Appointments & Visits

5
How do I book an appointment?

You can call us directly at +91 99997 95246, WhatsApp the same number, or walk in during clinic hours (Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 7 PM). We also accommodate same-day emergency slots.

Do I need to bring anything for my first visit?

Please carry any previous dental X-rays or reports if available. A valid ID is helpful for record-keeping. If you have medical conditions or take regular medication, a brief list is appreciated.

How long does a typical consultation take?

First consultations usually take 20–30 minutes. This includes a thorough oral examination, digital X-rays if needed, and a personalised treatment plan discussion with the doctor.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes, we do. However, to minimise your waiting time we recommend calling ahead or booking via WhatsApp. Emergency walk-ins are always prioritised.

What are your clinic timings?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday appointments are available by prior arrangement. For dental emergencies, call +91 98103 41009.

Dental Implants

5
What is a dental implant and how long does it last?

A dental implant is a titanium post surgically placed into the jawbone to replace a missing tooth root, topped with a crown. With proper care and regular check-ups, implants can last 15–25 years or even a lifetime.

Is implant surgery painful?

Implant placement is done under local anaesthesia, so you feel no pain during the procedure. Mild soreness afterwards is normal and manageable with prescribed medication. Most patients resume normal activities within 1–2 days.

How long does the full implant process take?

From consultation to final crown, the process typically takes 3–6 months. This allows the implant to fuse with the bone (osseointegration). In select cases, same-day or immediate-load implants may be possible — your doctor will advise.

Am I a candidate for dental implants?

Most adults with good general health and adequate jawbone are candidates. Conditions like uncontrolled diabetes or heavy smoking may require additional evaluation. A 3D CBCT scan at our clinic determines suitability precisely.

Do you offer full-mouth implant solutions?

Yes. We provide All-on-4 and All-on-6 full-arch implant restorations, ideal for patients who have lost most or all teeth. These solutions offer fixed, natural-looking teeth in fewer appointments.

Smile Design & Cosmetics

4
What is Digital Smile Design (DSD)?

Digital Smile Design is a protocol where we analyse your facial features, gum line, and teeth proportions to design a smile that complements your face. You can preview the result digitally before any treatment begins.

Are veneers reversible?

Traditional porcelain veneers require minimal enamel removal and are considered a permanent treatment. Composite veneers are more conservative and reversible in some cases. We discuss all options and show simulations before proceeding.

How white can my teeth get with whitening?

In-chair professional whitening can lighten teeth by 6–8 shades in a single session. Results vary based on natural tooth colour and lifestyle factors. We also offer custom take-home whitening trays for maintenance.

Can you fix a gummy smile?

Yes. We offer laser gum contouring and crown-lengthening procedures to reshape the gum line and create a more balanced smile. This is often combined with veneers or alignment treatment for optimal results.

Pain, Root Canal & Emergencies

4
Is root canal treatment painful?

Modern root canal treatment is virtually painless. We use advanced rotary instruments and effective local anaesthesia. Most patients report it feels similar to getting a routine filling. Sedation options are available for anxious patients.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

For knocked-out teeth, keep the tooth moist in milk or saliva and reach us immediately. For severe pain, swelling, or bleeding, call our emergency line +91 98103 41009. We reserve slots for same-day emergencies.

Do you offer sedation or sleep dentistry?

Yes. We offer conscious sedation (nitrous oxide / oral sedation) for anxious patients and complex procedures. This helps you remain relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

Why do my wisdom teeth need to be removed?

Wisdom teeth are extracted when they are impacted, cause crowding, recurrent infections, or damage adjacent teeth. We use minimally invasive techniques and digital planning to ensure a smooth, quick recovery.

Kids Dentistry

4
At what age should my child first visit the dentist?

The Indian Dental Association recommends a first dental visit by age one or within six months of the first tooth erupting. Early visits help prevent cavities and establish positive dental habits.

How do you handle anxious children?

Our paediatric team is trained in child behaviour management. We use tell-show-do techniques, distraction, and a warm, playful environment. Sedation options are available for children who need extra support.

Do you provide braces for children?

Yes. We offer early orthodontic assessments and both fixed braces and removable aligners for teens. Early intervention (7–10 years) can simplify future treatment and guide jaw growth correctly.

Are dental X-rays safe for kids?

Absolutely. We use digital radiography which reduces radiation exposure by up to 90% compared to traditional film. We take X-rays only when clinically necessary and use lead aprons for added safety.

Pricing, Insurance & Payments

3
Do you provide cost estimates before treatment?

Yes. After your initial examination and any required scans, we provide a detailed, itemised treatment plan with transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges — you know the full cost before we begin.

Do you offer EMI or payment plans?

We offer flexible, interest-free EMI options through our banking partners for treatments above a certain value. We also accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and cash.

Is dental treatment covered by health insurance?

Many health insurance policies now cover dental procedures including implants, root canals, and extractions. Our front desk team assists with documentation and cashless claims for eligible treatments.
